Our Products
ALFA CoreAI
- Used to test the compression strength of concrete cubes/cylinders of different sizes.
- ALFA is the first company in the world to manufacture Computer-Controlled Compression Testers.
- The rigid design provides stability and strength for a better using experience.
- The load frame, either monoblock or 4-column fabricated construction, carries the ball-seated upper platen which adjusts itself to apply homogeneous loading on the specimen.
Cement Mixer
- The Cement Mixer is engineered for the efficient and uniform mixing of cement pastes and mortars, ensuring consistency and repeatability in laboratory testing.
- Featuring a planetary mixing mechanism, the mixer provides thorough blending by rotating the beater on its axis while simultaneously orbiting around the bowl, effectively reaching all areas of the mixture.
- Equipped with adjustable beater speeds of 140 rpm and 285 rpm, the mixer accommodates various mixing requirements, aligning with international testing standards.
UTM Hydraulic
- Used to test the tensile strength of steel rebar.
- The grippers of the machine is hydraulically operated by 2 independent auxiliary cylinders controlled by separated hydraulic valves. Those grippers are designed to firmly hold the steel rebar and avoid any slipping that might happen during the test on the rebar.
- The upper mobile crosshead part of the machine is driven up/down by hydraulic piston. It is used to adjust the distance between upper and lower grippers to suite the length of the steel rebar.
MARSHALL COMPACTOR, Automatic
- Used to determine the resistance of asphalt sample to plastic flow. The test is performed in a fully automatic mechanism and programmed to stop automatically at the required number of blows.
- Supplied with the standard height and rammer weight according to ASTM/EN standards.
- Equipped with a blow counter, wooden pedestal and quick action clamping.
CENTRIFUGE EXTRACTOR
- Used to determine the bitumen percentage in asphalt mixtures.
- The extractor is available in two capacities (1500 g and 3000 g), and is equipped with a speed control knob.
- Filter Papers should be ordered separately
CONCRETE FLOW TABLE
Used to determine the consistency of fresh concrete by measuring the spread of concrete on a flat plate which is subjected to jolting.
CONCRETE WATER IMPERMEABILITY TESTER
- Used for determining the depth of penetration of water under pressure in hardened concrete specimens.
- Once the concrete specimens are clamped, the water under known pressure is applied.
- The water penetrated to the specimen is measured either by taking the reading through the graduated burette or by breaking the specimen.
- Manometer on the front panel is fixed to check water pressure.
- Air compressor should be ordered separately.
CEMENT COMPRESSION and FLEXURE TESTER
- The Cement Compression and Flexure Tester is designed for precise determination of compressive and flexural strength of cement and mortar specimens, ensuring compliance with international testing standards.
- Equipped with a robust two-column frame and advanced control systems, the tester provides reliable and repeatable results for both cube and prism specimens.
- The integrated TFT Data Acquisition and Control System offers real-time monitoring, automatic load rate control, and user-friendly calibration features, enhancing testing efficiency.
ELECTROMAGNETIC SIEVE SHAKER
- The Electromagnetic Sieve Shaker is engineered to accurately determine the particle size distribution of fine and coarse materials, such as aggregates and soils, for particles larger than 75 µm.
- Utilizing an electromagnetic drive, this shaker delivers consistent and standardized sieving action, minimizing operator variability and ensuring repeatable results.
- The device accommodates up to eight full-height sieves and is available in three configurations to support 200 mm, 300 mm, and 450 mm diameter sieves, offering versatility for various testing requirements.
SAMPLE SPLITTER (Riffle Box)
- The Sample Splitter, also known as a Riffle Box, is an essential laboratory instrument designed to divide bulk aggregates, soils, sands, and gravel into two representative and equal portions for testing purposes. This ensures that each subsample accurately reflects the characteristics of the original material, facilitating reliable and consistent analytical results.
- Constructed with a series of chutes, the splitter directs material alternately into separate collection pans, effectively halving the sample. The design includes an even number of equal-width chutes, with a minimum of eight for coarse aggregates and twelve for fine aggregates, as specified by international standards. The chute width is approximately 1.5 times the size of the largest particles in the sample, preventing clogging and ensuring smooth material flow without loss or contamination.
LOS ANGELES ABRASION TESTER
- The Los Angeles Abrasion Tester is used to evaluate the resistance of coarse aggregates to abrasion and impact, simulating real-world conditions that aggregates face in pavements and other structures.
- This apparatus assesses the degradation of aggregates through a combination of abrasion, impact, and grinding actions within a rotating steel drum containing a specified number of steel spheres.
- The test provides an indicator of the relative quality or competence of various sources of aggregate having similar mineral compositions, aiding in material selection for construction projects.
LABORATORY CBR TESTER
- The Laboratory CBR Tester is used to determine the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) of soil specimens, a critical parameter for evaluating the mechanical strength of road subgrades and base layers in pavement design.
- Available in Fully Automatic, Digital, and Load-Ring models, the apparatus caters to varying levels of automation and data acquisition requirements, ensuring adaptability to diverse laboratory needs.
- The Fully Automatic model features a 7″ touch screen interface and integrated software, enabling automatic test execution, real-time data visualization, and generation of comprehensive reports, thereby enhancing efficiency and reducing operator intervention.
UTM, HYDRAULIC
- Used to test the tensile strength of steel rebar.
- The grippers of the machine is hydraulically operated by 2 independent auxiliary cylinders controlled by separated hydraulic valves. Those grippers are designed to firmly hold the steel rebar and avoid any slipping that might happen during the test on the rebar.
- The upper mobile crosshead part of the machine is driven up/down by hydraulic piston. It is used to adjust the distance between upper and lower grippers to suite the length of the steel rebar.
